LingoMax Terms of Use
Using LingoMax, App Store subscriptions, cancellation, refunds and support.
The app
LingoMax is an English vocabulary-learning app published on the App Store by Jafar Najafov. Published 6 October 2026 for the forthcoming update. These supplemental terms do not replace the licence or terms presented with the existing App Store release. Our support and privacy request channel is also available to existing users. The app provides word-learning and practice activities. Learning results depend on your use and circumstances; these terms do not promise a particular proficiency level or exam result.
App licence
Your App Store licence is governed by the licence presented for the app. Apple provides a Standard End User Licence Agreement unless the app provider supplies a custom agreement. These supplemental terms do not replace or modify the licence presented by the App Store.
Subscriptions and payment
Review the price, currency, billing period and any trial conditions shown in Apple’s purchase confirmation before subscribing. No fixed subscription price or trial entitlement is promised by this page.
For an auto-renewable subscription, use your Apple Account subscription settings to manage or cancel renewal. Deleting LingoMax does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Refund requests
For a purchase billed by Apple, follow Apple’s refund-request process. Eligibility depends on the purchase and applicable rules; this page does not promise a refund or limit any mandatory consumer rights.
Responsible use
Use LingoMax in accordance with the applicable app licence and law. Do not interfere with the service or infringe others’ rights. The app’s learning material is provided for personal learning within the permissions of the applicable licence.
Privacy
The LingoMax privacy policy describes data handling for the app. Subscription purchase or notification permission must not be represented as blanket consent for unrelated analytics or tracking.

The contact and request-handling policy takes effect on 6 October 2026. Revisions to these documents will identify their scope and date on this page.
